Shipment dates & wait times
All envelopes are shipped from France between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Joined before the 10th? Your first envelope will be this month's edition and will be shipped during the above-mentioned period.
Joined after the 10th? You will receive next month's edition.
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within France and up to 21 business days for international delivery.
How can I change my address, billing, & other information?
You can update your shipping address and billing information, as well as manage your account, at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal [link].
How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancel your subscription anytime using the Stripe Customer Portal [link]. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following edition.
How can I track my mailer?
To help keep the Mail Club affordable, all envelopes are sent with standard postage and therefore do not include tracking.
When will I be billed?
You will be charged when you first subscribe. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month. For example, if you subscribe on June 15, your next payment will be taken on July 15.

My mailer arrived damaged.
If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at louetatlas@gmail.com with your name and photos of the item(s). Our usual email response time is 2-4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is included in the subscription price. Any customs duties or local taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.
It’s been past the estimated delivery time, and I still haven’t received my mailer. What should I do?
Once shipped, please allow up to 10 business days for FR delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email us at louetatlas@gmail.com with the following information so we can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined the Letters from Lou Mail Club.
