Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases and subscriptions made through Lou & Atlas, a brand operated by:
Jil-Sireen Abdalla — Sole Proprietor
Trading name: JSA Projects
SIREN (French Business Registration Number): 941 227 670
Address: 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France
Email: louetatlas@gmail.com
These Terms and Conditions are available on the website and must be accepted before placing an order. They are provided in French and English. The French version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in other countries.
2. Products and Pricing
Lou & Atlas offers a monthly postal subscription called the Mail Club, as well as an online shop featuring illustrated creations, including cards, stickers, art prints, and past editions of the Mail Club.
Slight color variations may occur depending on screen settings and printing techniques, without affecting the essential characteristics of the products.
All prices are displayed in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, subject to applicable tax regulations.
Mail Club pricing, shipping included:
Metropolitan France and French overseas territories: €11.90/month
International: €12.90/month
For purchases made through the online shop, shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient where legally applicable.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are placed online through Hostinger for shop purchases and Stripe for Mail Club subscriptions.
Payment is made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
An order confirmation is sent by email. If a product becomes unavailable, Lou & Atlas will inform the customer and offer an appropriate solution or refund in accordance with the customer's statutory rights.
4. Mail Club Subscription
The Mail Club is a monthly subscription with no minimum commitment period. It renews automatically until canceled.
Each envelope includes a letter from Lou, a note from the creators, an illustration or card, and stickers. Additional items may vary from one edition to another.
How it works:
The first payment is collected when subscribing, followed by monthly payments on the billing date indicated by Stripe.
Subscriptions placed on or before the 10th of the month receive that month's edition.
Subscriptions placed from the 11th onward receive the following month's edition.
Envelopes are shipped between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Each payment corresponds to a successive monthly edition. Depending on the subscription date, a renewal payment may occur before the first envelope has been received.
Shipping addresses can be updated through the Stripe customer portal until the 10th of each month for the corresponding edition.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, free of charge, through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Editions already paid for will still be shipped, subject to applicable statutory withdrawal and refund rights.
Temporary subscription pauses are not available. If a payment fails, shipment of the corresponding edition will be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.
Any price changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance, allowing them to cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from France via La Poste, the French postal service.
Mail Club envelopes are sent without tracking, with the following estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Metropolitan France: up to 10 business days;
French overseas territories and international destinations: up to 21 business days.
Orders placed through the online shop are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are specified before checkout, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
In the event of delays, loss, or damage, customers may contact louetatlas@gmail.com. Lou & Atlas remains responsible for delivery until the products have been handed over to the customer, in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of delayed delivery, customers are entitled to the remedies provided under the French Consumer Code.
6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
Customers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, starting from the date the product is received. For contracts involving regular deliveries of goods, this period begins upon receipt of the first item.
Withdrawal requests may be sent by email to louetatlas@gmail.com or submitted using the withdrawal feature available on the website: [Link]
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying Lou & Atlas of the withdrawal to:

Direct return shipping costs resulting from a change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds of all amounts due, including the original standard delivery charges, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, in accordance with applicable law. Refunds may be withheld until the returned products have been received or proof of their return shipment has been provided.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, particularly for clearly personalized items, remain applicable.
7. Statutory Warranties
Lou & Atlas products are covered by the statutory warranties provided under French law:
