2. Collection and use of personal data
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:
Mail Club: first name, last name, email address and postal address to manage subscriptions, payments and shipments, on the basis of our contract with you.
Forms: contact details and the content of enquiries or requests to exercise the right of withdrawal. Depending on the request, processing is based on pre-contractual steps, our contract with you or our legitimate interest in responding.
Some data is also processed to comply with our legal obligations.
3. Payments and data sharing
Subscriptions and payments are managed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card numbers.
The necessary information is accessible to Solène and Jil, as well as to Hostinger (website), Stripe (payments), La Poste (deliveries) and Google Drive (internal record-keeping, which also uses Excel).
Amplitude and Meta may receive browsing data under the conditions described below.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for further information about these transfers and the applicable safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data retention
Subscriptions: for the duration of the contractual relationship, followed by archiving with restricted access where necessary to meet legal obligations or defend our rights, for the applicable periods.
Enquiries: for up to 3 years after the last exchange, where necessary.
Accounting records: for 10 years after the end of the relevant financial year.
5. Cookies and external services
The website uses Hostinger’s statistics. The cookie banner also includes Amplitude, a browsing analytics tool that requires your consent.
